Domain Architect Role OverviewJob Description

The successful candidate will lead the development and governance of architecture and technology roadmaps for the Customer & Energy Markets domain, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure CleanCo's technology strategies are aligned with business goals.

You will collaborate with product managers, traders, and retail operations to architect solutions that support energy trading, customer onboarding, billing, and market compliance. You'll provide technical leadership across solution architecture, contribute to enterprise-wide technology planning, and ensure architectural compliance across projects and programs.

  • Develop and maintain architecture and technology roadmaps for the Customer & Energy Markets domain.
  • Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product management, trading, and retail operations.
  • Ensure alignment between technology strategies and business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience as a Solution, Enterprise or Domain Architect, preferably in the energy or related industries.
  • Deep technical knowledge, particularly in energy-related areas, and understanding of how IT, OT (SCADA), IoT, and cybersecurity intersect.
  • Strategic thinking and hands-on experience in developing architectures, leading solution design, and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Tertiary qualification in IT, and certifications in Azure, AWS or TOGAF are highly regarded.
