About the Role- Manage end-to-end payroll for clients, including permanent and casual staff
- Maintain and update employee personal records
- Provide advice on payroll-related queries
- Prepare and run monthly payroll reports
- Submit payroll tax, PAYG, Workers Compensation, and other compliance returns
- Conduct payroll reconciliations and compliance audits
- Engage in project work involving payroll system implementation and redesigning legacy processes
- Prior payroll experience, preferably in a compliance and submission role
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong Excel skills, including V look-ups
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
- Sound knowledge of Award structures
