We're seeking an exceptional Assistant Store Manager to join our DECJUBA team in Rouse Hill. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll play a vital role in driving sales, leading a high-performing team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

About the Role

  • Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising and store displays to drive sales and engagement
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and loss prevention
