The selected candidate will participate in a 12-week paid Vacation Program during summer break, working on site-based placements with FIFO and residential options. They will have the opportunity to choose between Open Pit, Underground, or Exploration mining methods and contribute as an integral team member to Northern Star's operations and projects.

We are looking for second or penultimate year students studying Mining Engineering who have a keen interest in pursuing a career in the mining industry. The ideal candidate must be able to meet pre-employment criteria, including medical screening, possess relevant right to work in Australia and hold a valid national police clearance.

This program offers paid practical work experience, residential and FIFO role options, professional mentoring from industry-leading mining experts, and opportunities for ongoing employment throughout the year.
