Casual Educator Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to fill a Casual Educator position in our esteemed Early Education establishment.

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for nurturing young minds and creating a safe, engaging environment where children can thrive emotionally, socially, and intellectually.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a comforting presence, making every child feel valued and understood.
  • Foster a calm, respectful atmosphere that promotes positive social skills and friendships.
  • Work collaboratively with parents to support the holistic development of each child.
  • Team up with fellow educators to build a welcoming community that everyone loves.
  • Utilize keen observation skills to cater to each child's unique needs and interests.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay at the top of your game.
Requirements:
  • Availability to work rotating shifts Monday to Friday from 6.30am - 6.30pm (at least 4 days availability and unrestricted work rights).
  • Working towards or hold a minimum of a Cert III in ECEC (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
  • Valid WWCC.
  • Child protection / Red Nose / Food Safety training (or willing to obtain).
  • Working knowledge of NQF, EYLF & Child Safe Standards.
  • Genuine love for working in Early Childhood Education.
