Director of Site Operations Lead

As a seasoned operations leader, you will oversee all on-the-ground site activities, driving production targets and ensuring plant availability and quality standards are met. The role involves developing site-based SOPs, shift structures, and plant management routines in collaboration with the process technology team.
Operational Excellence- Establish operational systems, policies, and processes to support effective site performance.
- Lead the site operations team, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure full compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations and company policies.
- Champion a strong safety culture across the site.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a track record of establishing operational excellence in manufacturing settings. You should have experience leading teams, managing budgets, and implementing quality frameworks.
About This Role- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field; postgraduate business or leadership qualifications desirable.
- 10+ years of experience in operational leadership roles within manufacturing environments.
