McColl's Transport is a leading Tanker Transport company in Australia, operating nationwide and specializing in Bulk Food, Farm Milk, and Bulk Chemicals transportation.
Job OpportunityWe are seeking experienced Diesel/Light Vehicle Mechanics for an immediate start on our 4 x 3 roster at our Altona Workshop.
Key Responsibilities- Servicing fleet equipment, mainly Kenworth and Volvos
- Minor/major repairs on our fleet of Tankers, including suspension work
- Ability to work after-hours breakdown roster
- Current Trade/Diesel Mechanic Certificate or Light Vehicle Mechanic Certificate
- Cummins/Volvo experience (preferred)
- Prior BPW, SAF, Hendrickson suspension experience
- Prior experience servicing fleet equipment
- A strong focus on safe and compliant work practices
- Attractive hourly rates, superannuation, penalty rates, and allowances
- Full-time and permanent part-time positions
- Flexible rostering arrangements available
- Ability to work overtime and monthly RDO
- On-the-job training to boost career advancement
