About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate educator to join our team at Big Fat Smile. As an educator in our organisation, you will have the opportunity to use your expertise to create a child's day filled with creativity and playfulness.

The role involves providing quality education and care to all children, contributing to planning educational programs that support a child's learning, and building strong relationships with children, families, and the community.

Key Responsibilities
  1. To provide high-quality education and care to all children, ensuring their physical, emotional, social, and cognitive needs are met.
  2. To contribute to the planning and implementation of educational programs that support children's learning and development.
  3. To build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and the community, promoting a sense of belonging and connection.
  4. To work collaboratively with other educators and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive environment for children.
