About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of our stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience for all customers.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on the latest sneaker releases and trends.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and KPIs, working collaboratively with the sales team to drive business results.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of cash handling and stock management skills.
- Assist with visual merchandising, maintaining a visually appealing store environment that showcases our products in the best possible light.
Requirements
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and peak trading periods.
- Passion for streetwear and sneaker culture, with a strong understanding of the latest trends and releases.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving business results.
