Clinical Physio Specialist

Our multidisciplinary team is seeking a skilled and dedicated Physiotherapist who can provide exceptional patient care and contribute to our clinics in Sandgate, Kallangur, and Caboolture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, create tailored education plans, and adapt to each patient's unique needs.
• Treat musculoskeletal and pain-related conditions using evidence-based practices and treatment protocols.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve positive patient outcomes, manage expectations, and build strong therapeutic relationships.
• Maintain accurate records, promote services within the local community, and engage with patients to achieve treatment goals.

About You:

• A new graduate or early career Physio looking to grow their skills and develop their career in a dynamic team environment.
• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) is required.
• A Medicare Provider Number will be provided for new clinic locations.
• Commitment to upholding AHPRA and Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) codes of conduct and policies.
• Current Professional Indemnity Insurance covering at least $10 million is necessary.
• CPR and First Aid certification is required by APA standards.
• Experience in Private Practice or Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy is highly valued.
• Ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD) participation is expected.
• A valid Driver's license and willingness to travel between clinics are essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary for success in this role.
• Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude in all interactions.
