This position involves developing and executing customized marketing strategies tailored to the specific clinical needs of diverse healthcare customers, under limited supervision.

  • Developing and executing advanced marketing strategies to address the unique clinical requirements of healthcare institutions.
  • Identifying new market opportunities through comprehensive market analysis and customer feedback, supporting account managers and regional sales managers in expanding market presence.
  • Collaborating with business units, marketing teams, R&D departments, clinical science groups, and clinical affairs teams to gather critical insights on competitive products and clinical trends.
  • Conducting and facilitating product demonstrations and training sessions to ensure healthcare professionals are well-versed in the latest technologies and their clinical applications.
  • Analyzing customer feedback and market data to identify areas for product enhancement and innovation, driving the development of solutions that meet evolving clinical needs and exceed market expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing advanced marketing strategies to address the specific clinical needs of diverse healthcare customers.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights on competitive products and clinical trends.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare market and clinical workflows, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills comparable to high-performing modality sales specialists. Prior experience in radiography marketing or complex medical capital equipment is highly desirable, along with a background in cardiology, radiology, and vascular surgery intervention settings.

Requirements include a bachelor's or master's degree in radiography, marketing, business administration, or a related field, along with a proven track record in sales or marketing within the medical capital, medical devices, or healthcare informatics industry.
