Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team as a Chef.
About the Role:
- Prepare, cook and serve meals in line with established procedures.
- Apply catering control principles; food safety, waste minimisation and cleaning practices.
- Maintain accurate records of food safety documents.
- Modify recipes to meet customers' dietary needs and requests.
- Develop new recipes and suggest innovative ingredients.
Key Requirements:
- Knowledge of food hygiene and workplace health and safety protocols.
- Excellent time management, organisational, and communication skills.
- Certificate 3 or 4 in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent Chef qualification).
- Police Check holder (or willing to obtain one).
Working Hours: Every Friday 9:30-5:30, every Saturday 9:30-5:30, every Sunday 9:30-5:30, and one weekday 6:30-2:30.
