Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team as a Chef.

About the Role:

  • Prepare, cook and serve meals in line with established procedures.
  • Apply catering control principles; food safety, waste minimisation and cleaning practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of food safety documents.
  • Modify recipes to meet customers' dietary needs and requests.
  • Develop new recipes and suggest innovative ingredients.

Key Requirements:

  • Knowledge of food hygiene and workplace health and safety protocols.
  • Excellent time management, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Certificate 3 or 4 in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent Chef qualification).
  • Police Check holder (or willing to obtain one).

Working Hours: Every Friday 9:30-5:30, every Saturday 9:30-5:30, every Sunday 9:30-5:30, and one weekday 6:30-2:30.
