  • Sourcing, listing, selling, and leasing of commercial properties across Greater Bendigo and surrounding areas

You will cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key account clients and deliver market knowledge and advice to clients. You will also coordinate with the Marketing department to market and sell properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • BUILDING AND MAINTAINING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CLIENTS AND MAINTAINING A HIGH PRESENCE IN THE MARKETPLACE
  • Negotiating property transactions from start to finish
  • Conducting inspections and all other duties associated with listing and selling/leasing a commercial property

You are seeking an experienced and proactive sales expert to work alongside our expanding team based in Bendigo.

About the Role

As a Lead Commercial Property Sales & Leasing Executive, you will lead the sales initiative for commercial properties across Greater Bendigo and surrounding areas.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current real estate license or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate or be willing to study to become a certified agent
  • CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SALES SKILLS WITH EXPERIENCE IN COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SALES AND LEASING
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS WITH THE ABILITY TO CONVERSE WITH A DIVERSE RANGE OF STAKEHOLDERS
