Head of Studio

Leadership Opportunity – We're seeking an experienced Head of Studio to lead our team at THE PARASIGHT, a studio behind critically acclaimed games like BLACKTAIL. As a seasoned game development leader, you'll oversee all studio operations, ensuring our creative vision is realized, projects are delivered on time, and team members are supported and motivated.

Key Responsibilities

• Studio Operations Management: Oversee project management, team leadership, and day-to-day administration to ensure the studio runs smoothly.
• Strategic Alignment: Work closely with the Creative Director and leadership team to align the studio's operations with its strategic goals.
• Culture Development: Foster a positive and collaborative studio culture that encourages creativity, innovation, and excellence.
• Project Management: Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure all projects are delivered successfully.
• Talent Acquisition and Development: Lead recruitment, development, and retention of top talent to ensure the studio is equipped to meet its creative and operational goals.
• External Partnerships: Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners, stakeholders, and clients.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a senior management role within the gaming industry.
• Leadership Skills: Proven track record of successfully leading and managing game development teams.
• Communication Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Game Development Knowledge: Deep understanding of the game development process, from concept to launch.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Language Skills: Fluent in Polish and English.
