Job Title

We are seeking an experienced International Conflict Resolution Specialist to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires the ability to navigate complex conflict situations and provide effective solutions.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in conflict resolution and a strong background in international law. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and be able to work effectively in a global environment.

  • A qualified lawyer with at least 2 years of experience
  • Experience in conflict of interest acquired at international law firms or within corporate legal departments is preferred
  • Business-level English – both written and oral
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage numerous requests, with a methodical approach focusing on accuracy, attention to detail, consistency, and quality

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with senior colleagues to check new clients and matters for conflict risks
  • Utilizing internal and external databases for analysis and decision-making
  • Communicating with partners and other professionals to address potential conflicts of interest
  • Drafting necessary documentation
  • Supporting the resolution of general conflict issues and cross-regional conflicts

  • Prioritizing tasks and ensuring complete 'follow through' on operational issues
