We are investing in new and existing capabilities to position ourselves for growth. As the Data-Driven Customer Growth Strategist, you will lead a team to identify and solve strategic customer growth opportunities.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Empower teams to leverage customer insights in shaping their strategies and actions
  • Lead a team to problem-solve strategic customer growth opportunities Group
  • Identify the need for external agencies on niche topics and/or advanced POV
  • Lead a team to create high-level actionable plans within and across opportunities
  • Be an expert in CRG's customer segmentation and brand equity reporting
  • Own/coordinate preparation of ELT/Board reporting on the Customer and C&D

Key Capabilities:

  • Bachelor degree in Commerce, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Science, or Law
  • Experience in top-tier strategy consulting or corporate strategy team
  • Leadership and people development skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills to interrogate data and spot opportunities
  • Experience engaging with stakeholders at the 'Head of' to GM/MD level

Average salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
