Physiotherapy Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our team as a full-time Physiotherapy Specialist in a Residential Aged Care Facility (RACF).
As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality physiotherapy services to residents, with a focus on rehabilitation, reablement, and falls prevention.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a collaborative approach, and a passion for delivering personalized care to support clients achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide assessments, treatments, and client-focused interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall well-being.
- Contribute to industry-leading rehabilitation, reconditioning, and falls prevention programs.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- A competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $85,000 per annum, plus superannuation.

To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in aged care or a related field.
- A current driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
