Key Responsibilities

Melbourne

This role involves filming residential properties, agent interviews, events and brand-related content to a high creative standard.

  • Film residential properties, agent interviews, events and brand-related content to a high creative standard.
  • Operate and maintain camera, lighting and audio equipment for optimal quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with producers, clients and internal crew to meet briefs and elevate creative outcomes.
  • Present professionally on set, representing the organisation's premium positioning.
  • Edit and deliver property films with speed and style, incorporating creative transitions, basic animation or motion graphics where possible.
  • Stay across emerging video trends to keep content fresh and innovative.
About You

We are looking for someone with proven real estate or architectural videography experience and a strong showreel. Key skills include composition, lighting and visual storytelling.

  • Exceptional time management and ability to work across multiple shoots in a day.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for editing and basic animation.
  • Current Victorian driver's licence, full-time access to a car, and full Australian working rights.
  • Flexible to work outside regular hours when required.
