Lead Educational Programs

As an Educational Leader, you'll collaborate with Educators to observe, review, and continuously enhance educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework.

This role requires a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent). A strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards is also necessary.

Responsibilities
  • Lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.
  • Mentor educators, uplifting practice through coaching and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with Educators to drive curriculum excellence aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Support the team in maintaining and exceeding the National Quality Standard.
  • Champion reflective practice to enhance outcomes for every child.

Requirements
