DSV is seeking a skilled Human Resources Business Partner to collaborate with business leaders and departments to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the overall business objectives of the organization. As an HRBP, you will provide guidance and support on various HR functions, including retention, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, training and development, teambuilding and change management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and identify HR initiatives that align with the overall business goals
- Provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Manage the full cycle of employee relations, including handling employee complaints, conducting investigations, and recommending appropriate resolutions
- Work with the recruitment consultant to ensure effective recruitment and selection processes, including workforce planning, job analysis, candidate screening, and onboarding
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, coaching, and employee development plans
- Provide tailored advice on retention that is relevant to the team and their context
- Support managers to train their team by recommending relevant E-Learning from DSV's global training library or sourcing other providers as appropriate
- Contribute to organizational development initiatives, including change management, employee engagement, and culture building
- Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations and DSV HR policies
- Analyse HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance HR effectiveness and efficiency
About You:
- Generalist HR experience across a broad range of people and culture activities
- Innovative, someone who pushes for excellence with a proven track record in delivering contemporary HR practices
- Proven ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Approachable and able to relate well to a range of different people
- Well organised and self-motivated
- Team-player - cooperate effectively with the team and work collaboratively to achieve personal/department/company goals
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
