About the Role

Colliers People & Performance team is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our national People & Performance team. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in shaping and executing the people strategy and objectives for a dedicated portfolio.

About This Opportunity

This role will be responsible for:

  • Providing trusted advice and guidance on HR-related issues as a genuine partner.
  • Building effective relationships with service line leaders within your portfolio.
  • Managing employee relations matters, including developing and communicating HR policy and procedure changes.
  • Leading local management of cyclical activities, such as promotions, salary reviews, engagement surveys, and talent & performance management.
  • Designing and executing projects to drive engagement and retention efforts.
  • Collaborating with business leaders & people managers to elevate employee experience through employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives.

To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Demonstrated hands-on experience as a HR Manager.
  • A track record within large-scale organisations.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR (preferred).
  • Sound generalist HR operational experience, including management of complex ER issues.
  • A keen interest in Employee Relations and Engagement strategy.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
