Event Service Representative

We are seeking a customer-focused Event Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests at various events, ensuring their experience is memorable and enjoyable.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide friendly and efficient food and beverage service to guests.
  • Collaborate with the events team to deliver seamless service for all functions.
  • Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, and dietary needs to the kitchen staff.
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas through clean-as-you-go procedures.
  • Ensure Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) standards are maintained.

About You:

  • You have experience working in a hospitality or customer service role.
  • You thrive in fast-paced team environments and are flexible with your availability.
  • You possess a passion for learning and growing your career in the hospitality industry.
  • You hold a current QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Statement of Attainment.
