Lead a Team of Engineers

As the lead of our cutting-edge algorithms team, you will drive innovation in electronic warfare and counter-drone systems.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to pair deep technical expertise with leadership, enabling innovation that directly contributes to global safety and security. You will work with a talented, multidisciplinary team spanning AI/ML, digital signal processing, and software engineering to push the boundaries of what's possible.

Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic plans for the research and development of best-in-class solutions
  • Define projects and be accountable for their successful execution
  • Establish and promote best practices in algorithm design and software development
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience leading a team of engineers (3+ years)
  • Experience with AI/ML based systems (3+years)
  • Experience with Python, and one or more compiled languages (C/C++ preferred)
  • Ability to translate business requirements and objectives between the engineering and executive teams
