As part of AG Warehouse, one of Australia's largest independent rural retail businesses, operating over 30 locations across Victoria, Tasmania, and Southern New South Wales, you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact in Regional Agriculture.

• Deliver tailored agronomic advice aligned with clients' production goals.
• Conduct on-farm assessments and provide recommendations for fertiliser, pasture, and broadacre cropping.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Stay current with agronomic trends, technologies, and product developments.
• Help to continue to build and lead the agronomic business and be an integral member of the team.

• Minimum 2+ years' experience in agronomy, preferably in pasture and/or broadacre.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Science, or related field.
• Strong technical knowledge and practical experience with on-farm recommendations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• An interest or experience mentoring a junior agronomist would be highly desirable.
