About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Enterprise Solutions Architect to join our team at NTT DATA. This pivotal role will play a key part in shaping the future of our clients' enterprise architecture and driving business success.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting client managers in five areas: Account Planning, Opportunity Seeding, Opportunity Strategy & Execution, Portfolio Ideation, and In-Contract Innovation Strategy.
  • Understanding client needs and developing high-quality deliverables to address their pain points and ambitions.
  • Developing and executing innovative solutions that meet client requirements and drive business value.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize solution value and cost.
  • Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.

Deliverables

The ideal candidate will produce high-quality deliverables, including:

  • Client insights documents highlighting business and IT landscapes, pain points, and ambitions.
  • Account plans that incorporate business and technical aspects.
  • Solution value propositions articulating the benefits of proposed solutions.
  • Facilitated client workshops resulting in workshop deliverable documents.
  • Multi-domain solutioning that stitches together full solutions.
  • Opportunity strategies contributing to opportunity plans on solution and value.
  • Cost-value optimization ensuring that value and cost align with client needs.
  • In-contract innovation IT/digital strategy documentation.
  • Bookings KPI tracking to measure line-of-sight bookings metrics and targets.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technology discipline.
  • A master's degree in business management or executive management is preferred.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience, with 5+ years specializing in enterprise architecture.
  • Experience in the FSI industry, specifically banking, insurance, and financial services, with exposure to best practices and business models like BIAN in banking.
  • Familiarity with applications and data & analytics, such as Core Banking, Payments, AML/Compliance, etc.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure best practices, including SDx, Cloud, DevOps, Agile, ITSM, etc.
  • Experience working across the sales lifecycle from inception to conclusion, with skills in account planning, business development, opportunity planning, and opportunity execution.
  • Excellent verbal communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
  • Evidence of engaging C-suite executives in clients, strategic partners, and internally.
  • Ability to orchestrate technical architects to optimize value-cost of solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, conflict management, and interpersonal skills.

Salary Estimate

The estimated annual salary for this role is around $160,000-$200,000, depending on location and experience.
