Clinical Operations Manager

At Ramsay Health Care, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to join our Emergency Department team at Joondalup Health Campus.
The successful candidate will hold a key leadership and management role within the Hospital, accountable for the efficient and effective management of resources within the department.
This role encompasses planning, implementing, and evaluating practices, processes, and services for the Emergency Department. As a Team Leader, you will work closely with the Executive team to shape organisational strategy, improve procedural service provision, and achieve departmental and Hospital strategic objectives.
- Key responsibilities include managing staff, patients, and resources to ensure optimal outcomes;
- Developing and maintaining high-quality patient care programs;
- Leading and motivating a team of healthcare professionals to achieve exceptional results;
- Maintaining accurate records and reports to inform decision-making;
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery.
To excel in this role, we are seeking a positive and dedicated individual with outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills meeting the following essential criteria:
- Relevant registration with AHPRA;
- Extensive clinical skills and experience in the specialty;
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required;
- Demonstrated management and decision-making skills;
- Ability to effectively plan and manage financial, human, and material resources;
- Ability to plan, develop, implement, and evaluate continuous improvement programs;
- Ability to apply research findings to clinical practice.
We offer a competitive remuneration package, including a base hourly rate ranging from $67.87 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
