Duties and Responsibilities- We seek an experienced Coordinator to support study teams across various functional areas, easing bandwidth strain on existing responsibilities.
- The successful candidate will process clinician/rater forms and document data via status trackers and ePortal/LMS training systems.
- Key tasks include reviewing and processing submitted clinician/rater surveys, deploying applicable LMS training modules, scheduling 1:1 training video conferences between site raters and Cogstate Rater Services staff, hardware shipment scheduling, and documentation management.
- Responsibilities also involve documenting real-time updates to applicable status trackers, coordinating high-volume email correspondence, and communicating status updates to clinicians/raters.
- Additionally, the Coordinator will serve as a point of contact for clinician/rater support questions, direct communication with site coordinators at clinical settings, activity and communication tracking, and general support throughout studies.
- Interactions with CRAs for site monitoring activities are also expected.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin, along with excellent customer service skills, is necessary for this role.
- A bachelor's degree or 1+ years of related experience is required.
- Previous project management or administrative support experience is preferable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
- A professional level of fluency in Mandarin & English is required.
