Automotive Glazing Apprentice

This is an exciting opportunity to begin your career in the auto glass industry as an apprentice windscreen fitter.

We are seeking a mechanically minded individual who has a strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills. If you enjoy working with your hands and delivering exceptional results, then this is the role for you.

As an apprentice windscreen fitter, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

You will undergo the O'Brien Cert III in Automotive Glazing through our Auto Technician Skills Development Program and gain hands-on experience in:

  • Repairing and replacing glass on any type of motor vehicle to Australian standards
  • Completing windscreen re-calibrations for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS)
  • Undertaking glass chip repairs

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong mechanical aptitude and experience with hand tools
  • An enthusiasm for learning and developing their skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
