Job Description

This is a great opportunity for an experienced educator to join our dedicated and supportive education team. The successful candidate will work full-time, educating staff across our Aged Care and Home Care streams. You will develop and deliver ongoing training and education to ensure safe, high-quality care is provided to our consumers.

The role is based at our Adelaide office, with flexible working arrangements and Work from Home options available for the right candidate. Your main duties will include:

  • Developing and delivering workshops, training programs, and activities that support skill and capability development.
  • Ensuring that educational strategies are based on clinical evidence and best practices.
  • Providing assistance with the design, development, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of education related to clinical practice and clinical care.
  • Credentialing Support Workers as required and completing necessary documentation following training.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA).
  • Demonstrated ability to implement and evaluate clinical education.
  • Highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, along with high level ICT skills.
  • Unrestricted drivers licence.
  • Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 OR TAE 40122).
