Northcott is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Consultant to join our Early Childhood team in Tamworth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our customers, families, and staff.
The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service/call centre and/or the human services industry, with experience using booking or intake systems and call centre software. They will also possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to write clear and concise business/customer communications.
The successful candidate will be a team player who is passionate about delivering high levels of customer satisfaction and is committed to working collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional levels of customer service and support to our customers, families, and staff.
- Effectively and efficiently manage enquiries from customers and external stakeholders.
- Complete intake and sign up for new customers, working closely with the Northcott Intake Manager and Team to ensure families are provided with the correct information and a smooth handover into service delivery.
Requirements:
- A background in customer service/call centre and/or the human services industry.
- Experience using booking or intake systems and call centre software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to write clear and concise business/customer communications.
- Positive and helpful attitude, with a focus on achieving a positive customer outcome.
