Procurement Expert for Data Center Equipment

The successful candidate will work closely with the procurement team to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of data center equipment.

  • Assist in sourcing, negotiating, and awarding contracts for OFCI equipment
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and delivery terms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficient solutions
  • Manage and track inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing excess inventory
  • Provide expert advice on procurement best practices, regulatory compliance, and risk management

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be able to balance multiple priorities, work effectively under pressure, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procurement Planning: Develop and execute procurement plans to meet business needs and objectives
  • Supplier Management: Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery, quality products, and competitive pricing
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions
