Early Childhood Educator Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated professional to join our team as an Early Childhood Educator. You will be responsible for creating an outstanding learning environment for young children.

This role involves working with children aged 0-5 years in a dynamic and engaging early childhood setting, ensuring their safety, well-being, and holistic development.

About the Job

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. You will hold a Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children's Services, approved by ACECQA, and have experience in early childhood education.

You will also possess knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS), and be committed to providing high-quality education and care.

Responsibilities
  • Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that fosters children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
  • Develop and implement engaging educational programs that meet the diverse needs of children
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration
  • Contribute to the overall quality and sustainability of the service, adhering to regulatory requirements and NQF standards
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children's Services, approved by ACECQA
  • Proven experience in early childhood education
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
