About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Systems Specialist to join our team as a key player in delivering SAP-related projects and ensuring seamless solutions that enhance productivity across sales, inventory, production, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Administration & Support: Oversee daily SAP ERP operations, providing user support, managing access, and handling ad hoc data needs. Ensure business requirements are met through thoughtful designs and specifications while identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Project Management & Delivery: Collaborate with departments to translate requirements into functional designs, creating technical documentation and managing all phases of testing and implementation. Ensure the effective delivery of SAP-related projects, working closely with the ICT Project Manager.
  • Strategic Insight & Reporting: Drive strategic improvements, manage budgets, report progress, and deliver insights to the ICT Application Senior Manager. Provide training to end-users and manage an SAP Coordinator to optimize team performance.

About You

  • Expert SAP Skills: 7+ years of experience with SAP, with expertise in SD/MM modules and proficiency in ABAP/BSP.
  • Tech-Savvy & Analytical: You excel in problem analysis and troubleshooting, with proficiency in MS SQL, MS Excel, and data extraction skills. Your strong documentation and communication skills make you an ideal trainer and team collaborator.
  • Collaborative & Bilingual: You'll be engaging with multiple departments and an international team, so strong Korean language skills, both spoken and written, are essential.

What We Offer

A competitive salary around $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
