Job Opportunity: Cloud Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in optimising the performance, reliability, and scalability of our cloud environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in cloud infrastructure and experience working with Azure. As a Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and supporting scalable cloud infrastructure using infrastructure as code, designing and implementing highly available and disaster recovery solutions, and collaborating with development teams to influence good infrastructure design and efficient usage.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience supporting on-premises infrastructure
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience supporting cloud-based infrastructure with a focus on Azure
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar
  • Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, ARM, or Azure Bicep templates
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills to drive alignment and collaboration
  • Good time management and project management skills
