Key Responsibilities- Assess individual patient needs and plan, implement, or coordinate appropriate service delivery.
- Provide health education, counselling, and rehabilitation programs to improve patient outcomes.
- Support and guide newer or less experienced staff, Enrolled Nurses, student nurses, and other workers providing basic nursing care.
- Develop and maintain cooperative and productive working relationships with the healthcare team.
- Eligibility for registration as a Nurse or Nurse/Midwife by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Current practicing certificate.
- Effective communication skills, including problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and prioritize workloads.
