About the Role

CatholicCare, a leading provider of social services, is seeking a skilled and experienced MST-CAN Therapist to join our team. This is a permanent full-time role based in our Tuggerah office, offering a comprehensive approach to treating families affected by child abuse and neglect.

As an MST-CAN Therapist, you will be responsible for a small caseload of families, providing in-home and community-based interventions to reduce the impact of physical abuse and/or neglect, and to increase overall family functioning. Our team provides a supportive environment for professionals to grow and develop their skills.

To be successful in this role, you will have a Master's degree qualification in Psychology or Social Work, with a working knowledge of Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy and clinical practice experience. You will also have effective stakeholder management skills and be available to provide periodic on-call 24-hour telephone coverage.
