• Create memorable experiences for customers by providing outstanding service and helping them find their perfect kicks.
• Support your team to achieve sales and performance goals.
• Ensure the store looks fresh and tidy by receiving, restocking, and maintaining shelves.
• Pick and pack orders efficiently to meet customer expectations.
• Contribute to a positive team culture by being approachable, friendly, and supportive.

• Full availability from October to mid-January, including weekends, late nights, and public holidays.
• Retail experience is an advantage but not essential.
• Passion for sneakers and delivering outstanding customer service.
