About the Role

Westpac Group is a leading financial services provider seeking a Lead Data Strategist to join their Chief Data Officer team. As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial role in driving the development of the scorecard operating model and related framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Senior Manager to oversee the scorecard modelling/monitoring function.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in the creation of the scorecard operating model and associated methodologies.
  • Represent the scorecard modelling/monitoring capability to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain documentation related to frameworks and approach methodologies.
  • Support the model review cycle by supplying up-to-date monitoring results and analysis.
  • Participate in Scorecard Monitoring Groups.

Requirements
  • Expertise in scorecard modelling and monitoring.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, SAS programming, SQL, Excel, and PowerBI.
  • Familiarity with IT principles and system development lifecycle and data management.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across multiple stakeholders.
