About the Company

Salary Package

The salary for this role is approximately AU$120,000 - AU$160,000 per annum, including a highly competitive annual bonus in addition to the salary package.

Job Description

This exciting position involves overseeing and guiding the development of Pega solutions, including process flows, user interfaces, integrations, and decisioning strategies. The successful candidate will define architecture and technical solutions using the Pega platform, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to align Pega applications with business objectives and lead a team of experienced developers/engineers to improve overall performance. Additionally, you will provide thought leadership and recommendations for leveraging Pega capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong Pega experience with a solid understanding of Java, React, and Salesforce
  • Strategic thinking and ability to look at the bigger picture, influencing decision-making
  • Good experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Pega trends
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
