Dessert Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated pastry chef to join our team at one of our remote locations in Western Australia.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preparing and baking a variety of desserts and sweet goods for meals and functions.

• Assist the kitchen team in preparing and baking a range of sweet goods for our clients.
  
• Work in a FIFO (Fly-In Fly-Out) position, departing from Perth and working a 2:1 roster.
  

• Certificate III in Patisserie or equivalent qualification.
  
• At least 2 years' post-trade commercial cooking experience in a pastry role.
  
• A strong ability to be creative and innovative in your cooking and baking.
  
• Experience working with large groups and maintaining high standards of quality.
  
• Knowledge of HACCP principles and food safety practices.
