Job Title: Senior Dental Practitioner

We are seeking a dynamic and highly competent dental professional to support our team at our well-established dental practice.

About Our Practice

Our dental practice is a thriving, busy 4-chair practice with a lovely and friendly patient base. Our fantastic team has been working together for over 9 years and we are proud of our loyal and high retention team.

Staying Up-to-Date

We invest in the latest digital technology, including an OPG, iTero, and intra-oral cameras, ensuring our patients receive the highest level of care.

Role Responsibilities
  • Motivate and empower your team to deliver exceptional care and service.
  • Combine dental excellence with superior interpersonal skills to ensure optimal team performance.

You will lead by example, putting patients at ease and ensuring every patient receives a positive experience.

Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience working as a Dentist in Australia, with high clinical skills and standards.
  • Previous Leadership and Mentoring Experience Desirable.
  • Current unconditional AHPRA registration.
  • Appropriate qualification recognised by the Dental Board of Australia.
  • Current professional indemnity insurance.
