Enhance Quality Systems as a Clinical Research Quality Assurance Lead

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Research Quality Assurance Lead to join our peak national gynaecological cancer research organization. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in establishing and implementing a robust clinical quality assurance framework, strengthening our existing standard operating procedure, policies, and QMS system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement a clinical quality assurance framework to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain quality management systems, policies, and procedures to ensure high-quality clinical trials.
  • Conduct audits and quality assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide strategic input and recommendations on quality-related matters to the leadership team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of quality assurance activities.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary degree or equivalent work experience in a discipline relevant to clinical trials.
  • An in-depth understanding of health research and clinical trials operations processes.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of clinical trial quality management, GCP, compliance audits, and regulatory requirements.
  • High level of organisation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking and influencing senior leadership.
