Rehabilitation Counsellor

• Manage caseloads and provide case management services to injured workers
• Develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs
• Work collaboratively with employers, employees, medical and allied health professionals to achieve return to work outcomes
• Conduct assessments and provide recommendations for workplace modifications and accommodations
• Provide support and guidance to employees and employers to promote a safe and healthy work environment

• Tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling
• Full Professional Membership with ASORC
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
• A passion for injury prevention and return to work
