Treeline Maintenance Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to undertake vital tree root maintenance and installation of root barriers.

This role will primarily involve operating our hydrovac machine, exposing and managing tree roots, and assisting with root barrier system installation.

  • Safely operate the hydrovac machine to expose and manage tree roots.
  • Support a variety of tree maintenance activities as required.
  • Contribute to reactive tree maintenance, including block pruning and ground crew operations.
  • Use chainsaws, chipper machines, and other arboriculture equipment safely and effectively.
  • Undertake more complex tree work, including working at heights and near powerlines, depending on skills and experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A Certificate 3 in Arboriculture or Horticulture, or demonstrated equivalent experience.
  • An MR truck licence and white card accreditation.
  • Desirable: High Risk Work Licence - Elevated Work Platform (11 metres) and experience of working safely at heights.

You will be passionate about safety, operations, customers, and your colleagues. You will work together to care for and maintain trees.
