Courier Role

Overview: As a courier, you will be responsible for the safe, accurate and timely collection and delivery of packages. Your primary goal is to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining package security.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collect and deliver packages following designated routes and adhering to strict time schedules.
  2. Verify and scan package contents to confirm order accuracy during pick-up and delivery.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure packages are securely packed.
  4. Report any delivery issues, damaged goods or incorrect addresses promptly.
Qualifications:
  1. Minimum Education: Secondary education or equivalent.
  2. Minimum Experience: At least one (1) year of professional driving experience.
  3. Knowledge, Skills And Abilities:
  • Required AU License Classifications: AUK012 Minimum C Class (Car) License or AUK013 Minimum Medium Rigid (MR) Truck License.
  • Additional Requirements:
    • Age: Not specified.
    • Physical Ability: Must be able to lift and move packages as required.
