Talent Focus Recruitment is partnering with a leading provider in the education sector to deliver high-quality Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) services. We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth and expansion.

Company Overview

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our OSHC services in line with our business plan and customer strategy initiatives. With a strong focus on sales and commercial negotiation, this individual will be responsible for increasing the number of profitable services across all brands.

About the Role

  • Increase the number of profitable services across all brands through targeted sales efforts.
  • Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with targeted services and corporates.
  • Ensure contracted services are profitable within agreed timelines and deliver on key performance indicators.
  • Support operational teams in the successful implementation of new services.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in business development, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong track record in sales and commercial negotiation.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business or Marketing, or equivalent industry experience.
  • A motivated self-starter with exceptional communication skills and ability to work autonomously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM applications.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
