Warehouse Operations Specialist

Programmed is seeking a dedicated and experienced forklift operator to join our team at the Burnie Depot.
This is a permanent full-time position available for an experienced forklift operator or someone capable of taking on a 2IC role.
Main Responsibilities:- Operate forklifts and mobile equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance and housekeeping tasks to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with warehousing, loading, and moving fertiliser.
- Ensure safe and efficient operations, and help with inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
- Process orders and enter data into SAP accurately and on time.
- Promote and maintain health, safety, and environmental standards.
- A valid forklift licence with practical experience operating forklifts.
- A strong commitment to safety and attention to detail in documentation.
- Willingness to obtain competency in operating a front-end loader (costs covered by Impact).
- Strong communication and computer skills, with the ability to work autonomously and within a team.
- Ability to handle manual work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- A current driver's licence.
- Willingness to undergo relevant plant and equipment training as needed.
- Ability to pass a full pre-employment medical.
- Permanent residency or Australian/New Zealand citizenship is required to apply.
