Community Physiotherapist

Join a dynamic community-based team to deliver quality care across various work settings and caseloads. We are looking for a passionate and motivated Physiotherapist who will support our ageing population to stay well and independent at home.

  • Deliver evidence-based assessments, recommendations, and active interventions for government programs such as Home Care Packages and Short Term Restorative Care.
  • Work independently in the community and collaborate closely with our multi-disciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes.
  • Engage in our clinical supervision program with a designated supervisor.

  • Preferred: Community or hospital Physiotherapy experience.
