Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centred support to individuals with disabilities, promoting their independence and autonomy.
- Assist with daily tasks and goals, ensuring a high level of care and support.
- Work collaboratively with a team of specialists to create meaningful opportunities for individuals with disabilities to belong and thrive.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to a safe and inclusive environment, adhering to Scope's values and policies.
- A competitive remuneration package, including salary benefits and conditions based on the Disability Services Enterprise Agreement Victoria.
- Salary Packaging (up to $15,900 per year tax-free in addition to your standard tax-free threshold for salary).
