The Role & The Team

You will lead the delivery of technical components of projects designing and constructing facilities within the OneSKY Program as a Senior Infrastructure Manager. Your role involves supporting project and program managers to deliver against the scope, time, cost, quality and people objectives of the projects.

Your technical input is critical to all aspects of architectural and engineering design, construction, commissioning and implementation of high reliability buildings, plant and equipment required for OneSKY Implementation. You will be accountable for all technical aspects of assigned infrastructure projects and coordinate all technical documentation.

The Person

  • You will have a bachelor's degree in engineering or similar from an Australian tertiary institution or equivalent experience.
  • You will have demonstrated leadership qualities alongside advanced negotiation skills.
  • You will have proven ability to present complex and challenging solutions to multiple stakeholders highlighting benefits and risks.
  • You will have extensive construction experience, particularly with high reliability electrical and mechanical services requirements.
  • You will have experience in the application of systems engineering in a project environment.
  • You will have proven ability to manage scope, timelines, people and expectations within a project environment.
  • You will have ability to work within a team environment.
  • You will have demonstrated experience in relating & networking in varied environments.
  • You will have proven ability to successfully implement new systems in a complex, diverse and highly regulated environment.
  • You will have understanding of risk management and its application in the delivery of the project.
